Sorry it took so long for the update. For 2006, the location had changed from El Torreon to the Boulevard Drive-in in Merriam, Ks. ...

This turned out to be a wise move because the place was just about perfect for this event, albeit a bit dusty...

There was a great mix of cars there and it took no time at all to choose my favorite. This car was truly a beauty:


I've said it once and I'll say it a thousand times; I loves me some Cadillac. This car is about as fine as they come:

As always, there was an abundance of Mercs. Here are a few of them:



It seems that green cars are getting more popular (or maybe I just like green cars)...

"Rat" rods were also out in force. Here are a few fine examples:
